CBD Meat Alternative Saute
Chef: Sharne
Cooking Time: 40 minutes (Including Prep Time and cooking time)
Skill Level: Beginner
CBD Used: Potli Apple Cider Vinegar


1 cup chopped bok choy
1 cup chopped onion
1 ½ tablespoons grapeseed oil
2 cups of chopped kale
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 ½ cup minced meat alternative
¼ cup chopped cilantro

Start with heating up the frying oil to medium high heat.
Slowly pour the oil in the pan, next add in the garlic, wait for it to turn lightly golden.
Add in the onions and cook until the onions turn lightly golden.
Next add in the meat alternative and cook until almost fully cooked.
Then add in the bok choy and kale.
Saute until fully incorporated, then cover with a lid for about 2 minutes.
In the meantime mix the garlic and the apple cider vinegar together and set aside.
After removing the lid, stir the kale and meat alternative.
Next add in the apple cider vinegar and ginger mixture and stir well.
Then cover with the lid again.
After about 2 minutes remove the lid and stir. (at this point if you would like to sprinkle some salt onto the dish, you can.)
Garnish with cilantro and serve!
