CBD Breakfast Smoothie
Chef: Sharne
Cooking Time: 10 minutes (Including Prep Time and cooking time)
Skill Level: Beginner
CBD Used: Dreambird CBD

 

Ingredients:
¼ cup almonds
2 pitted dates
½ tablespoon creamy peanut butter or any nut butter you like
1 cup water
2 cups frozen fruit
1 stick Dreambird CBD stick

Directions:
Start with making the milk.
Add the almonds, dates and water together and blend.
The consistency should be that of milk.
You are welcome to strain it before going forward or leave it as is.
Next add the nut butter, fruit and CBD honey and blend once again.
Once the consistency is smooth and milkshake, pour into your favorite cup and enjoy.

Serve:
Serve with other breakfast items.
