Pizza with Dreambird CBD

Dough Recipe:
400 Grams (2 1⁄2 Cups) Bread Flour
4 Grams (.14 oz.)  Instant Active Yeast
10 Grams (.35 oz.)  salt
250 Grams Water
8 Grams extra virgin olive oil
CBD - Optional at this stage.

Toppings:
Sliced Onion
Green Bell Peppers
3 1⁄4 Marinara or pizza sauce
Extra virgin olive oil Mozzarella cheese
Dreambird CBD 500 MG Tincture, depends on how much CBD you would like in the meal.


Directions:
Day 1
Mix all the dough ingredients together with 250 Grams water and 8 grams olive oil.
Mix together until a blobby dough is formed.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place overnight.

Day 2
Take the dough and divide it into two.
Ball the dough together and pinch the end like a dumpling.
Drizzle olive oil on the pan (I like to use a cast iron for the baking)
Put the dough in, cover with plastic wrap and leave it for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 550 degrees.
Now press the dough out the edges of the pan and cover with sauce.
Save a little bit of sauce to mix the CBD in later.

Start adding the toppings.
Place the pizza in the oven in the middle rack for about 12 to 15 minutes.
After the pizza is out of the oven, check to see if the bottom has been cooked.
If not then sear it on the stove top for about 3 minutes.
After the pizza is done cooking, mix the CBD into the sauce that was kept on the side.
Pour it on your personal slice or on the whole pizza.


Serve:
Best served hot immediately!
